Penguatan Spiritualitas dan Etika Digital melalui Kajian Fiqih Qurban: Pengabdian kepada Pegawai Dinas PUPR Kabupaten Cilacap di Era Transformasi Teknologi

Abstrak

The rapid development of digital technology has significantly affected people's mindset, behavior, and social life, including government employees. The misuse of digital media, lack of self-control, and decreasing spiritual awareness have become major challenges in the modern era. This community service activity aimed to provide religious education and spiritual motivation for the staff of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office (PUPR) of Cilacap Regency through the theme 'Fiqh of Qurban and Strengthening Faith in the Digital Era.' The methods included interactive lectures, participatory discussions, personal reflections, and attitude evaluation. The activity was held on June 22, 2023, at the PUPR Hall and attended by employees from various divisions. The results revealed improved understanding of qurban as a form of devotion to Allah SWT and a renewed awareness of maintaining ethics and responsibility in digital use. Participants were motivated to strengthen their faith and adopt more disciplined, ethical behavior in their professional lives. The program is expected to be continued regularly as part of the government’s initiative for spiritual and digital ethics development in the workplace.
