Abstract

The rapid development of information technology drives the need for digitalization in various fields, including the education sector. Brilliant Insight still faces obstacles because administrative processes are carried out manually, such as student registration, data input, payments, reporting learning outcomes, and preparing monthly reports. This condition causes the administrative process to be slow, inaccurate, and difficult to manage. This study designed a website-based Administrative Management Information System to overcome these problems. The system development follows the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) waterfall model, which includes the stages of analysis, design, implementation, and evaluation. The system modeling uses Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Class Diagrams, and interface design. The system was built using HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL, and Bootstrap, and tested using the Black Box method. Research data was collected through observation and interviews with Brilliant Insight managers. The results showed that the designed system was able to improve the speed, accessibility, and accuracy of administrative data processing such as student data, tutor data, and learning report journals. The implementation of the website system provided an efficiency increase of up to 75% in the registration process, data input, and filling out learning journals. Thus, the developed website-based administrative management information system has proven effective in improving the quality of service and information delivery at Brilliant Insight, while also supporting faster and more structured administrative processes.
