Main Article Content
Abstract
Abuse of Narcotics, Psychotropics and Addictive Substances (NAPZA) is a serious problem that can have a negative impact on the physical, mental and social life of teenagers. Therefore, it is important to increase students' awareness about the dangers of drugs so that they can avoid their negative impacts. Counseling activities at Al-Mu'alim Kesugihan Cilacap Vocational School aim to increase students' knowledge about the dangers of drug abuse. This activity was attended by 31 students from various departments, including Pharmacy, AKL, Accounting, TKR, TSM, and Automotive Engineering, with the majority of participants being women. This counseling is part of the KKN program which involves Bachelor of Pharmacy students from Al-Irsyad University Cilacap as resource persons. The methods used are lectures, discussions and questions and answers, with effectiveness measured through pre-tests and post-tests. The decrease in the average score from the pre-test (87.09) to the post-test (70.96) was probably caused by the post-test questions being more difficult. The statistical test results show the Sig value. (2-tailed) is 0.001, which is smaller than 0.05, which means the difference is statistically significant. The T-count value is 5.387.
