Abstract
Good nutrition for toddlers is very important to support growth and development in the future. Malnutrition in children will have an impact on growth limitations, susceptibility to infection, and can inhibit child development. The nutritional adequacy of a toddler can be influenced by the digestive tract's ability to absorb nutrients. The Sidanegara area is one of the areas in Cilacap that is the focus of handling nutrition from 2021-2025. The community of RT 08 RW 15 tends to be a lower middle class community. The community provides a lot of complementary foods from homemade and bought ready-made on the side of the road. Conducting a feces examination of toddlers to identify the presence of E. coli bacteria that cause diarrhea, this is an initial step in establishing an early diagnosis so that it can be anticipated and handled properly, Providing counseling on the importance of food sanitation given by toddlers to mothers in order to create healthy toddlers with strong immunity. From the results of the lab examination, no bacteria were found.
