Abstract

This community service program aims to provide assistance in enhancing knowledge about financial recording and management, as well as determining the Cost of Production (COP) for the business activities of the Karangsari Women Farmers Group (WFG). Bananas, one of the abundant raw materials in Karangsari Village, facilitate the calculation of the Cost of Production. The selling price calculation is conducted by considering the expenses incurred during the production process of banana-based products. Understanding these costs in determining the Cost of Production is expected to increase profits, ultimately boosting the economic growth of the Karangsari Women Farmers Group. The issues faced include: 1) Limited knowledge about calculating the Cost of Production, 2) Minimal understanding of simple and neat financial recording, 3) Lack of knowledge about financial management for banana-based product businesses. The solution to be provided to the Karangsari Women Farmers Group involves enhancing their knowledge and skills in financial management to improve the group's economic conditions in Karangsari Village. By identifying the problems faced by KWT Mekarsari, the service team will offer practical and effective solutions to address these challenges. This program is expected to serve as a starting point for building a better financial management system, driving economic growth through the increased capacity of WFG Mekarsari.
