Abstract

This community service program is a collaboration between SMP Al-Irsyad Cilacap and the Digital Business of AL-Irsyad Cilacap University. The purpose of the BISDIG MENGAJAR program is to improve the entrepreneurial insight of junior high school students through the exploration of business opportunities based on local raw materials. This activity is divided based on grade level: grade 7 students are focused on business opportunities using fruit and vegetables, grade 8 on poultry such as chicken and duck, and grade 9 on seafood. After the opportunity exploration session, students receive material on branding and logos presented by two expert speakers. As a follow-up, students are accompanied by students from the Digital Business batches 3 and 4 to design logos, slogans, and jingles as part of brand identity development. This approach is designed to provide practical entrepreneurial experience, increase creativity, and build students' confidence in creating products that have selling value. The results of the activity show an increase in students' understanding of the concept of branding and the ability to create creative and relevant brand identity elements.
