FACTORS CAUSING CONFLICT: A CASE STUDY ON A SMALL BUSINESS OF TRADITIONAL MEDICINE CV. DN CILACAP

Abstract
Conflict is something that is commonly encountered in daily life, both in household life, in an organization, small or large company, international, including in the field of traditional medicine. The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that cause conflict and the impact of conflict that can be used as a basis for resolving the conflict controversy in the field of traditional medicine in the Cilacap Regency area.
This research is a qualitative research, with a case study approach. The informants in this study are workers in the Traditional Medicine Small Business in CV. Cilacap Regency DN. The data were obtained directly using in-depth interviews by researchers. The sampling technique used is snowball sampling. The data analysis of this study uses an interactive model, starting with data reduction, data presentation, and then drawing conclusions/verification.
This study succeeded in identifying a number of factors that cause conflict in UKOT CV. DN, namely communication, differences in personal values/individual characters, role conflicts and differences in perceptions. The results of this study also show that conflict can have a positive impact on organizations. The output of this research is national and international publications and proceedings which will be carried out gradually until the end of the next research.
